At Sports Masters, we take yours and your childs data very seriously. We collect and use all data according to our privacy policy. Please contact us if you have any queries about our policy.

What Information is being collected and why?
We will be collecting your childs personal information (e.g. name, age, any relevant medical conditions) and a guardians personal information (e.g. name, relationship to child, email, contact number, emergency contact number). There will also be a form for preferred photograph permissions. The information collected for each child will be entered separately, even if multiple children have the same guardian. This information will be collected when you select to sign up with a service provided by us either through inputting data on our booking site, through conversation over telephone call or over email.
Any incident that requires first aid will be recorded on an accident report form which will be shared with the parent. The form will be filled away and kept for 30 years as per government guidelines.
What will we use this information for?
The information we store will be used to create registers for our holiday camps, sports camps and wrap around care. We will also use this information to update customers with any changes to bookings and purchases made, to update customers with services and goods that we offer that are similar to a service already purchased, and to carry out any contractual obligations made to an organisation/supplier/customer.
How/Where will we store the information (i.e. security/access measures)?
All information will be stored on the Sports Masters work Encrypted hard drive. Information will also be stored on a spreadsheet specific to the day of any booking made. These spreadsheets will be stored on an external, encrypted hard drive and on the sports masters coaching computer on site at any event Sports Masters Coaching is organising/running. Information will also be stored on a cloud based storage solution accessible only by Jack Masters.Will we share the data with any third parties?
With signed consent from the childs guardian, photos may be used on social media for advertisement.
How long will we hold this information?
Data will be deleted 30 days after the event date. All photos and photography permission slips will be kept for 3 years unless requested to be deleted.
All accident forms will be kept for 30 years as per government guidelines.

Where will photos be stored / will photos be taken?
Photos will only be taken with written permission from parent/carer. Form confirming permissions to take photos will be stored for the same amount of time as image.
All photos will be stored on a Sports masters company encrypted hard.
Will these photos be used for advertisement?
Only with permission of parent/carer. Form confirming permissions to take photos will be stored for the same amount of time and at same location as image.
How long will these photos be held for?
Photos will be held for 3 years, unless deletion is requested by the parent/carer.

BSc degree in ‘PE and Youth Sports Coaching’
Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a Primary focus
Paediatric First Aid certificate
