PPA COVER

Our coaches will work in conjunction with Head teachers, class teachers and PE leads to meet all school requirements ensuring a positive working relationship is formed.

All coaches are DBS checked and have a minimum level 2 sports coaching qualification, a university degree in sports coaching or are qualified teachers.

Each coach has an excellent understanding about how to assess children in PE. We will assess children against national curriculum measures and provide feedback to the relevant members of staff within your school and provide input on the next steps on the children’s learning.

To maintain consistency, we will ensure that each school gets the same coach all academic year. This enables the school to build a fantastic working relationship with us, our coaches to feel apart of your team and your pupils to feel relaxed and confident, knowing they are getting the same person teaching them each week.

Using our carefully designed ‘Sports Masters Coaching schemes of learning pack’. Our coaches come into your school with excellent lesson plans, with progressions and assessment techniques built in. In the circumstances where your coach is not be available to work, a cover coach will be able to carry on from the latest point in the scheme of learning.
